MAGALIA — November 2, 2026. Del Oro Water Company identifies separate Magalia and Paradise Pines service districts, with different local customer-service phone numbers and tariff schedules.
Geography determines the district
The Magalia service district covers the area formerly served by Magalia County Water District, while Paradise Pines serves Fir Haven, Sierra del Oro, Paradise Pines and nearby neighborhoods.
Different contact numbers
Del Oro lists 530-717-2504 for its Magalia District and 530-717-2502 for Paradise Pines. Both publish weekday customer-service hours of 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. A 24-hour payment drop box is listed at 14147 Lakeridge Court.
Check bills by service address
Customers should confirm their specific district, water rate and any current service advisory before relying on a rate sheet from the other district. A rate document’s effective date is particularly important.
